Rigging with Set Driven Keys

For this project, I modeled a Komatsu machine and prepared it for animation using set driven keys. I created custom control curves that served as drivers, while the machine components like the arm and joints acted as driven objects. This allowed smooth and precise animation controls for the mechanical movements.

UV Unwrapping and Texturing

Once the rigging was complete, I UV unwrapped the model to ensure clean texture mapping. I then used Hypershade's Layer Shader to apply complex textures to different parts of the Komatsu, giving it a realistic and rugged industrial appearance, ready for use in an animated environment.
